Tampa is a city of fun in the sun. And there is nothing better than Margaritas when funning and sunning.
Grab the salt, Tampa. The Margarita Festival is almost here.
On Saturday, May 25th, 2013, Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park is going to turn into a lime oasis. Featuring the bay’s best margaritas made from squeezed lime juice, fresh agave, pure cane sugar, and the best tequilas in the business (no margarita mixes here), the festival will feature a long list of traditional and flavored margaritas.
Along with margarita madness, the festival will feature live music, beach volleyball, and fireworks. Festival hours are 2:00pm-10:00pm and feature the following entertainment.
- 2:45 – Tribal Style
- 4:25 – Riders of the Easy Posse
- 6:20 – Southern Train
- 8:15 – Daniel B. Marshall
- 9:45 – Fireworks Show
Tickets are available at for $15 when purchased in advance and $20 at the door.
The first 2,500 margarita lovers to redeem their tickets upon leaving the festival will receive a complimentary Budweiser/Cayman Jack gift bags filled with branded goodies and swags, in addition to one bottle of Cayman Jack Margarita. While supplies last.
