If you are planning on taking a trip to the Tampa Museum of Art, get the best bang for your buck and visit during Art After Dark.
The after-hours art event is the best way to check out the museum while getting an added bonus of live music and performances.
Each month, a new theme stylizes the event with complimenting food, dance, music and entertainment. Past event themes have included Day of the Dead, Latin Experience and Island Party.
A cash bar and Sono Café, the Museum’s café which serves small sandwiches, coffees and gelato, are available during each event. The Tampa Museum of Art, along with area organizers, volunteers and artists, hosts Art After Dark on the Third Friday Every Three Months. Admission is $10 for non-museum members and free for members.
